• Separate limits for general liability and host liquor liability

• Rehearsal date can be included for no additional charge

• $1,000 sublimit included for lost deposits

• $1,000 sublimit included for damage to attire

• Up to three approved additional insureds can be included at no additional charge

• Coverage for damage to rented premises

• Medical payments coverage

• Food and beverage product liability included in the general aggregate

Coverage Limits Available for Wedding Plus

• Limits of $1,000,000/$2,000,000 available

• Liquor liability up to $1,000,000 each common cause/$2,000,000 aggregate

• Sublimits included: $1,000 for lost deposits with optional limits up to $10,000

• $1,000 for damage to bride’s or groom’s attire with optional limits up to $10,000

• Sublimits available up to: $50,000 for cancellation coverage

• $10,000 for wedding photography/videos

• $10,000 for special jewelry

• $10,000 for wedding gifts

  

 

Claim Example for Wedding Plus

You could be held liable if someone trips and falls at your wedding.

You could be held liable for damaging the facility where your wedding takes place.

An attendee at your wedding could become sick from spoiled food. You could be liable for the medical payments.

DEPENDING ON THE LAWS IN YOUR STATE, YOU MAY BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF INTOXICATED OR UNDERAGE PERSONS YOU SERVED AT YOUR WEDDING

The negligent service to an intoxicated or underage person can produce substantial verdict or settlements.

You may be held liable for the actions of those selling/serving alcohol at your wedding. Even if you are not found liable, it may cost thousands of dollars to defend a claim.

You must be an appointed USASIA Insurance Services retailer to use these programs. Quotes obtained via these programs will only be bound IF you are a previously appointed retailer with USASIA. PRIOR TO BINDING, check with your branch to determine any and all applicable taxes and fees.
