Vacant Property
There are several reasons that vacant property insurance may be required and these include incidents where there has been the death of the previous owner and where the property goes to estate and is on sale. There may also be periods where the property is in the process of a change of ownership or is undergoing completing repairs for occupation. Within these periods the property must be covered specifically by vacant property insurance. Vacant property insurance does not cover tenants.
